预糊化淀粉是一种加工简单，用途广泛的变性淀粉，应用时只要用冷水调成糊，免除了加热糊化的麻烦。广泛应用于医药、食品、化妆品、饲料、石油钻井、金属铸造、纺织、造纸等很多行业。
在食品中的应用：溶解速度快和粘接性是预糊化淀粉的主要性质，因此它可用于一些对时间要求比较严格的场合，在食品工业中可用于节省热处理而要求增稠、保型等方面，可改良糕点质量、稳定冷冻食品的内部组织结构等。预糊化淀粉在食品工业中主要用于制作软布丁、肉汁馅、浆、脱水汤料、调料剂以及果汁软糖等。
在鳗鱼养殖上的应用：通常鳗鱼饲料为颗粒状，它由富含维生素等营养万分饲料粉、一定比例的粘合剂、油脂等组成，其中的粘合剂必须具有以下特点：①无毒、易消化、有营养；②透明；③直到鳗鱼吃完前，一直维持颗粒的整体形状；④不被水中的溶质溶解；⑤不粘设备。预糊化木薯淀粉是较好的鳗鱼饲料粘合剂，一般添加量为20%。
在化妆品行业上的应用：爽身粉是一种常用的护肤品，一般用滑石粉、淀粉及其它辅料制成。现如今国外用糊化淀粉来代替滑石粉和淀粉制造新型爽身粉，除了具有普通爽身粉的特点外，还具有皮肤亲合性好、吸水性强等特点。
在制药工业上的应用：一般的西药片是由药用成分、淀粉粘接剂、润滑剂等组成。其中的淀粉主要起物质平衡作用。新型的药片由药用成分、预糊化淀、润滑剂等级成。其中的糊化淀粉除了起物质平衡作用外，还起粘合剂的作用。这样就减少了加入其他粘合剂所引起的不必要的副作用。由于这种新配方所生产的药片除了能满足医用要求外，还具有成型后强度高，服后易消化，易溶解及无毒副作用等特点。
在其它行业上的应用：预糊化淀粉快速溶于冷水而形成高粘度淀粉糊的特性使其在很多方面起到了成功的应用。如在金属铸造中作砂型粘合剂；在纺织工业中广泛地用作上浆剂；在建筑业中用作水质涂料等到；此外还可作为进一步变性处理的原料。如在淀接枝共聚物的制备中，淀粉原料先经预糊化后再进行接枝反应，可使接枝支链聚合物的平均分子量显著增加，而接枝频率却可大大下降。

淀粉，如羟丙基和羧甲基淀粉，用于钻井液、完井液和各种盐水系统以及钻井泥浆系统。淀粉的使用通常导致粘度的小增加，同时有效地控制了液体的损失。
钻井液用增稠剂为油田化学品，该产品主要由多种精细化工原料组成，无味、无害，为安全绿色环保型产品，是石油钻井广泛使用的泥浆助剂。

Description: Drilling Starches manufactured by us are pre-gelatinized starch with potato, maize or tapioca as their base. They are used as fluid loss reducer in water based drilling muds for drilling and is also used extensively in mining operations. They are most preferred choice because of their excellent fluid loss reduction properties , high temperature resistance, viscosity and water holding/retaining property.

Our starch meets or exceeds API 13A specifications.
