1.外观：灰色粉末。
2.成分：主要原料棉花,加酸,碱等化学溶剂,经一系列复杂的化学反应而成.
3.炭化温度：230℃,燃烧温度：375℃。燃烧生成物主要为CO2和H2O.
4.胶体性质：复合型粘结剂溶解于水后形成具有一定浓稠度和粘结力的淡黄色透明胶体,胶体稳定性强,不易分解,可保存较长时间不变质.
二,用于生产铁精粉粘结的特点：
1.用量较小：用量1.8-2.2%；
2.使用方便：可先和其他粉料混合均匀后再加水搅拌,也可先溶解于水做成胶液后再加其他粉料搅拌；
3.不增加任何灰分,不降低热值,不阻燃（有助燃作用）；粘结力强,成型效果好,外观均匀美观；
4.绿色环保：主要原料是棉花,燃烧生成物为CO2,不产生其他有害气体和杂质,不影响产品品质,对人体安全无害,对环境友好。
三,使用方法：形状为粉料,属于高吸水量,高纯度的聚合物,作为粘结剂使用时,应先溶解于水做成胶体后再添加到粉料中去,可以有效发挥较大粘结效力。（有些客户在使用时直接以粉料形式添加到其他物料中,再加水搅拌）。
具体使用方法：
一,
1,直接加入干粉：铁矿粉粘结剂均匀加入物料中,物料与粘合剂的比例一般为100:1。根据物料粒度,比表面积,粘合剂加入量有所不同。
2,将物料润湿,视物料湿度情况喷洒适量水。注意控制湿度。
3,搅拌均匀后,即可压球。

嘉和牌预糊化淀粉在腻子粉中用途

　　嘉和预糊化淀粉是一种以**淀粉为原料，经过变性改良而成。具有许多重要的性质，包括：溶液增稠性、良好水溶性、悬浮或与胶液稳定性、保护胶体作用、成膜性、保水性、黏合性能、无毒、无味、生物相容性、触变性等。在建筑工业中（普通内墙腻子粉、石膏基腻子粉、墙纸胶等）可使施工性能提高，同时生产成本则降低10～20%左右。

　　1、很好的快速增稠能力，有一定的保水性。
　　2、用量小，较低的添加量即能达到很高的效果。
　　3、提高材料的抗下滑能力。
　　4、改善材料的操作性能，与普通的预糊化淀粉相比，施工操作更滑爽、手感轻松、不绵不沉、批厚抹平*。
　　5、延长材料的开放时间。

　　2、如果调和好以后，若在施工中发现刮不开，应减少预糊化淀粉添加量。反之，应增加CMC添加量。若调和好以后，施工中抱团太紧，是因为搅拌混合不匀 包装运输及储存：

　　包装：塑料编织袋内衬塑料薄膜袋，每袋净重25kg。

　　运输：可用各类运载工具运输，保持干燥，并备有防雨、防水、防潮湿设施；不得与有毒、有害、有异常气味的其他货物混装；严禁雨、水及其他污质沾污。

储存：应存放于干燥、通风、阴凉处。储存期：一年。
